CHALLENGE

The Junta de Andalucía requested the services of an agency to improve the presence of the Ministry of Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration on social networks.

We did a previous analysis of each channel on which the specific objectives are based.

As well as strategies proposed for improving the functioning of each social network.

This strategy, together with a new proposal for content and interaction,it is based on an updated graphic proposal that will promote community growth and community engagement.

IDEA

Implement a strategy that favors engagement and community growth, through content of interest and call-to-actions.

Adapt the content of the publications to the nature of each social network, its tone and its language.

Achieve a harmonious look & feel in the different profiles that supports the content, and that adapts to the visual codes and sizes of each social network.

Create Social Ads campaigns on demand and based on the specific objectives of each investment.
Carry out community management tasks with the required periodicity to provide agile responses to the community and report negative comments or incidents within a period of less than 24 hours from the publication of the comment in question.
